Adopt Foster Sponsor Volunteer Community Cats
This form is for people who are willing to foster the cats or kittens that they find/need to rehome until they get adopted. There is nothing better than saving a life! Thank you for looking out for these kitties and for being part of the solution!
Below is a form to guide you on the information we will need on EACH of your kitten(s)/cat(s). This information is important for us in a couple of ways. It will assist us in getting your kitten(s)/cat(s) online for multiple sites of exposure. It will also help in completing the medical paperwork required on each kitten(s)/cat(s). Please complete this FORM FOR EACH CAT/KITTEN and submit it as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, too many people have taken advantage of our desire to help kitties so we now require a contract. This contract also explains what is required and expected.
Sadly, we are not able to take in any more kitties at this time, but we can help you get the cats/kittens you are trying to help adopted if you are willing to foster them until we find them homes. We can post on numerous websites and you can bring them to adoption events. It's required that your kitties be online BEFORE they can come to any adoption event. It's better if you can stay with the kitties at events because you know them best. If you can't stay, that's ok provided you write up a bio for each kitty that gives the name, description, and personality info.
Please be aware that there are terrible people out there that take "FREE" cats and kittens and hurt them. NEVER give away a cat or kitten for free unless you know the person VERY well.

By clicking in this checkbox, you agree to the contract requirements listed above. This is a legal binding contract. If Animal Allies Florida pays for any of the needed vetting (shots, surgery, medicine), we require the adoption fee come to us to cover the cost of this vetting. If you find a home for any of the cats/kittens vetted by us without going through Animal Allies, you will be in breach of contract and actions may be taken.
Do you have this cat(s)? Or is it being fostered by someone else? We must have the contact information of person who is caring for the cat.*
